Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Tech Lead with deep expertise in React.js and a strong background in designing scalable front-end architectures for large, complex products. You will lead a team of frontend engineers, set technical direction, and ensure we ship clean, high-performance, and maintainable UI systems at scale.
Responsibilities:-Design and own scalable, robust frontend architecture using React.js for large-scale applications.-Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code while enforcing best practices and coding standards.-Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and feedback.-Plan, prioritize, and oversee the delivery of frontend features with high quality and on-time execution.-Drive performance optimization, architectural decisions, and complex UI logic using solid data structures & algorithms thinking.-Collaborate closely with Backend, Product, and UX/UI teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.-Own frontend technical decisions, tooling, and engineering processes.-Continuously improve engineering quality, DX (developer experience), and team productivity.-Stay current with frontend trends, React ecosystem updates, and modern tooling.
Job Qualifications:-6+ years of professional frontend experience, with strong production experience in React.js.-Proven experience leading or mentoring frontend teams.-Strong knowledge of Java Script (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.-Experience with modern React patterns (Hooks, Context, performance optimization).-Experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Mob X).-Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and scalable UI systems.-Strong fundamentals in algorithms & data structures.-Experience with frontend tooling and pipelines (Webpack/Vite, CI/CD, testing, linting).-Experience building and maintaining large-scale, long-lived frontend codebases.
Nice to Have-Experience with Next.js or SSR.-Experience with Micro-frontends or modular frontend architectures.-Experience working on Saa S products.-Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and frontend observability.-Experience collaborating in cross-functional agile teams.
