Center Shaheen announces a vacancy for a Human Resources Operations Specialist (Payroll and Personnel Affairs).

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team and take responsibility for payroll and personnel operations, ensuring full compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and confidentially manage and process monthly payroll.

• Manage personnel affairs, including employee data documentation, contracts, and record keeping.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and social security regulations.

• Maintain and update HR databases and systems.

• Handle government and social security procedures.

• Support audits, reporting, and internal HR processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll and personnel affairs (2-3 years).

• In-depth understanding of labor laws and social security regulations.

• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and HR systems.
