Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Marsa Alam for an Executive Pastry Chef. The role involves planning, preparing, and overseeing all aspects of pastry and bakery production to ensure quality and creativity in creations. Responsibilities include designing dessert menus, managing a team of pastry staff, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring timely production for daily operations and special events. The Executive Pastry Chef will collaborate with the kitchen leadership to drive innovation and excellence in the pastry department.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Bakery, Baking, and Pastry creation techniques Advanced Culinary Skills, including Food Preparation and Cooking Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively Attention to detail and creativity in dessert design and presentation Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations Previous experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or in a similar leadership role A degree or certification in a culinary or pastry-related discipline is preferred Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment Passion for keeping up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
