Job Summary:
- The Technical Sales Engineer (Delta Area) is responsible for assisting with the selling of complex scientific and technological products or services, maintaining extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes, and assisting to close sales where technical expertise required to fit the clients' needs.

Duties and responsibilities:

▪️Presenting Shell’s industrial lubricants, company portfolio and services.
▪️Targeting clients and Acquired new client .
▪️Meeting customer satisfaction by close follow up & after sales services.
▪️Provide technical support for clients to ensure client’s satisfaction.
▪️Keeping clients updated with new products & services.
▪️Provide the client with the proper lubricants and proper lubricants equivalents to support the client to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.
▪️Submit price offers.
▪️Coordinate with the head office to obtain credit approvals & issue invoices to be delivered to clients.

Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree of engineering
( Mechanical Engineering , chemical Engineering or mechatronics)
2. 1 to 5 years of experience.
Experience in sales &Technical (Lubricants & applications).
3. Significant Sales experience.
4. residency: Tanta or kafr elshikh or elmahala El kopra or behara (Delta area)

-Having a car is a must

Skills and competencies:

1. Excellent negotiation skills.
2. Excellent English and Arabic language level both spoken and written.
3. Excellent use of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and ERP system practical experience is a plus.
4. Problem-solving skills.
5. Good interpersonal skills and good technical background / degree.
6. Excellent customer service, communication, analytical thinking, and sales skills.
7. Attention to details
