We are looking for a talented Architect Engineer to join our team in Hurghada and contribute to the design and development of hotel and hospitality projects. In this role, you will be involved in shaping spaces that enhance guest experiences while ensuring designs meet operational needs, brand standards, and local regulations.
You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team—from interior designers to engineers—to bring concepts to life and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for hotel and hospitality projects.
Collaborate closely with interior designers, MEP and structural engineers, and hotel operators to ensure all design elements integrate smoothly.
Ensure that designs align with international hotel brand standards and operational requirements.
Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documentation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure the project is executed according to the approved design.
Address and resolve technical or design-related challenges during the construction phase.
Participate in value engineering discussions to optimize costs while maintaining design quality and guest experience.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience working on hotel or hospitality projects.
Experience with international hotel brands or luxury hospitality developments is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of hospitality design standards, including front-of-house, back-of-house, circulation, and fire & life safety requirements.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and visualization tools.willing to reallocate in Hurghada
