Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Supervisor role located in Sawhāj. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves monitoring team performance, coordinating sales activities, conducting training sessions to enhance team effectiveness, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The Sales Supervisor will also resolve customer inquiries and address concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, performance metrics, and market trends Proven ability in Team Management, including leadership, delegation, and motivation Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and enhance satisfaction Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and customers effectively Experience in delivering Training sessions to improve team performance and skill sets Problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement solutions efficiently Proficiency in using sales and team management software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in sales is highly desirable
