Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Engineer located in Abo Rawash. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solar power systems and photovoltaic (PV) solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting site assessments, preparing electrical and PV designs, overseeing installation processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards. The role also involves working collaboratively with other departments to support sustainable energy initiatives and improve energy efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:- Promote and sell solar energy solutions.- Identify and visit potential clients (residential, commercial, and industrial).- Understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions.- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.- Explain system components including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting systems.- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate system design. Follow up with leads and clients until deal closure.- Achieve assigned sales targets.- Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ activities.- Prepare regular sales reports.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy).- 1–3 years of experience in solar energy sales or engineering sales (preferred).- Good knowledge of solar energy systems and components.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to present technical solutions clearly to clients.- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.- Willingness to work in the field and travel when required.- Previous B2B sales experience is a plus.
