Role Description The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations during assigned shifts to ensure productivity, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. Key duties include supervising team members, coordinating production processes, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The Shift Manager will also identify and address potential operational issues and work collaboratively to optimize workflow. This is a full-time on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills to supervise and support staff during shifts. Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient operation of day-to-day activities. Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions to address operational challenges. Familiarity with health and safety standards in factory, farm, or cold-chain environments. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and report to management. Experience in agriculture, food production, or supply chain operations is strongly preferred. Prior experience managing operational teams in a structured environment is a plus. Proficiency in applicable software and technology for operations management (e.g., scheduling tools, reporting platforms). Bachelor’s degree in operations management, agriculture, food science, or a related field is an advantage.
