Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple features and releases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Act as a point of contact between QA, development, product, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Design, review, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

Mentor and support junior QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices, test design, and defect reporting.

Drive defect management lifecycle, including identification, documentation, prioritization, and follow-up using tools like Jira.

Collaborate with developers during development cycles to ensure early defect detection and improved quality.

Contribute to automation strategy by identifying candidates for automation and supporting implementation using modern QA tools.

Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release planning to ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC.

Ensure usability, data integrity, and compliance with business requirements across web-based applications.

Support production validation, hotfix verification, and post-release quality monitoring.
