Job Details

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations & Maintenance:
  • Supervise maintenance and repair of all hotel systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and fire/life safety systems.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with minimal downtime.
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and support engineering staff and technicians.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to the team.
  • Guest Experience:
  • Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and complaints.
  • Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain fire and life safety systems according to local codes.
  • Promote energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Financial Management:
  • Assist in preparing and managing the department budget.
  • Monitor expenses and control maintenance costs.
  • Manage external contractors and service agreements.
  • Projects & Renovations:
  • Assist in planning and executing renovation and upgrade projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments.
