Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Said. The role involves managing daily operations within the assigned department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities will include overseeing processes, analyzing workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, improving operational efficiency, and adhering to quality and safety standards. The role also includes reporting, strategizing for enhanced productivity, and meeting customer expectations for quality and delivery.
Qualifications Proficiency in workflow management, process improvement, and operational efficiency Strong analytical skills and ability to handle data-driven decision-making Experience with quality assurance and adherence to safety protocols Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills Problem-solving abilities and organizational planning Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Management) or equivalent experience Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus Proficiency in office software and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
