Role Description

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Smart Village. In this role, you will drive sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our app to potential customers and restaurants. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing product training to clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. You will collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies and provide valuable feedback to improve our offerings.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide exceptional support. Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to deliver Training to clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our platform. High level of self-motivation, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Familiarity with the food industry or digital platforms is a plus.
