Role Description This is a full-time position for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located on-site in Hurghada. The role involves managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and proactive issue resolution. Responsibilities include maintaining and utilizing CRM systems, analyzing customer data to improve services, coordinating with sales teams to meet clients' needs, and driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement and retention. Additionally, the role requires ensuring seamless internal project management to align customer and organizational objectives.
Qualifications Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience with the ability to leverage CRM tools for client engagement and data management. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and meet customer needs. Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data, identify trends, and recommend tailored strategies. Experience in Project Management, including the ability to coordinate and oversee multiple tasks effectively. Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant software and CRM platforms is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage. Experience in the real estate or service industry is a plus. Fluent English and/or French.
