Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Site Acquisition lead.


Key Responsibilities



  •       Identify and prioritize target locations (malls, fuel stations, parking structures, office parks, residential compounds, hotels).

  •      Perform site due diligence: power availability, load capacity, access/egress, safety, customer footfall, visibility, and commercial viability.

  •      Participate with Business Development in preparation of site business cases (capex/opex, revenue models, utilization forecast)

  •      Negotiate site agreements (leases, revenue share, access rights, SLA windows) with landlords/owners.

  •      Coordinate internal approvals (Legal, Finance, Technical Ops) and handover for design & installation.

  •      Maintain a site pipeline tracker; report progress, risks, and blockers.

  •      Collaborate with Governmental Affairs on permits/utilities connections where applicable.

  • Benchmark competition and market pricing; feed insights to Sales & Ops.

Skills


  •      Persuasive communication, negotiation, stakeholder management.

  •       Organized, rigorous, and deadlineoriented; fieldsavvy.

  • Resilience and problemsolving for onground challenges.

  •         Basic electrical knowledge (load requirements, 3phase, transformer capacity considerations).

  •       Site feasibility assessment; GIS/coverage concepts (nice to have).

  •        Commercial negotiation; lease/licensing concepts; contract basics.

  • Strong Excel for business casing; proficiency in documentation and trackers.

  •           5–8 years in site acquisition, real estate development, network rollout (telecom towers, retail, fuel stations) or EV charging.

  • Proven success negotiating property/site agreements.
