Role Description The Tele sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hurghada. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, presenting the company’s real estate offerings, and understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, building positive relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the team’s overall success.
Responsibilities:Contact potential clients and present company projects Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships Schedule meetings for the sales team Update and manage client data in the CRM system
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and resolving inquiries effectively. Excellent Communication and persuasion skills to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients. Proven ability in Sales, with a results-driven approach to meeting targets and closing deals. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in English. Previous experience in Tele Sales or Customer Service is preferred
