  •  Monitor denim pants quality from Sample Room to Final Inspection.
  •  Work in Sample Room to prepare prototypes according to measurements and specifications.
  •  Perform Inline QC during production to ensure all products meet quality standards.
  •  Conduct Final Inspection for all pieces before packing and shipping.
  •  Guide production line staff to achieve the required quality level for high-end brands.
  •  Control denim shrinkage and ensure measurements remain consistent after washing.
  •  Prepare periodic quality reports and communicate issues to management.
