Job Details

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead and organize the finance function of our growing company in the industrial refrigeration sector. The role will supervise the accounting team (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury), ensure accurate financial reporting, manage cash flow, and support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

 

Financial Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
  • Supervise AR, AP, and Treasury accountants.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
  • Monitor company cash flow and liquidity.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to management.
  • Monitor budget vs actual performance.

Cash Flow & Treasury

  • Manage company cash flow planning.
  • Supervise collections and payment schedules.
  • Ensure optimal use of company funds.

Controls & Compliance

  • Implement financial policies and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.

Budgeting & Planning

  • Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Support management in strategic financial planning.
  • Analyze profitability of projects and business activities.

Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement financial SOPs and reporting systems.
  • Improve efficiency in accounting and financial processes.
  • Implement financial dashboards for management decisions.
