Job Summary:
GreenLiner is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate stock records, and smooth coordination with production, procurement, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods.
• Oversee multiple warehouses including Raw Materials Warehouse, Chemicals Warehouse, Production Supplies Warehouse, Spare Parts Warehouse, and Finished Goods Warehouse.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and maintain proper stock levels across all warehouses.
• Implement and monitor warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance departments to ensure material availability.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Lead and manage warehouse teams, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to safety standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, stock movement, and warehouse performance.
