Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field5-8 years of experience in production or manufacturing Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role within the food industry Strong understanding of production planning and process management Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S) is preferred Problem-solving and analytical thinking
