Role Description We are seeking a full-time Telesales Specialist to join our team on-site at our headquarters in El Mansoura. This role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, identifying potential clients, promoting company services, and closing sales. The Telesales Specialist will also handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure follow-ups for improved customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and participating in training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively address client inquiries and maintain satisfaction Excellent Communication skills to deliver clear and persuasive messages to potential and existing clients Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets Ability to participate in and benefit from Training to improve professional capabilities Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications is a plus Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
