• Follow up the implementation of periodic maintenance work according to for Engineering Utilities machines (Air conditioning AHUs, boilers, fire pumps, air compressors and Chillers)
• Follow-up to the operation of utilities machines to make sure they are in normal condition according to the daily schedule.
• To deal with sudden faults machines and to find alternatives and appropriate solutions according to each case.
• Manufacture the necessary private facilities machines parts both internal and external for workshop.
• The application of the rules of GMP during the implementation of maintenance work..
• Follow-up maintenance work to machines engineering.
• Internal training for maintenance technicians and supervisors on ways to perform maintenance depending of SOP’s.
• Preparation of technical reports with respect to the previous items according to business requirements.
• Preparation of studies and requests for special purchase machines engineering .
• Commitment health & safety rules and environmental requirements.
