Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior MEP Mechanical Engineer to join our team on-site at our Giza location. In this role, you will oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for our cutting-edge real estate projects.

Requirements:

* Solid background in MEP Design (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing).
* Experience in preparing and coordinating Shop Drawings.
* Strong capability in Design Review and clash detection.

Software Proficiency:

* **Auto CAD:** Essential for 2D drafting and shop drawings preparation.
* **Revit MEP:** Required for 3D modeling and BIM coordination.
* **Navisworks:** Highly preferred for clash detection and design review.
* **MEP Calculation Software:** Familiarity with HAP, Elite, and standard sizing tools.

Experience:

* More than 10 years
from 8:10 years in construction projects.
