OverviewThe Advertising & Monetization (MAM) organization builds the platforms and systems that power monetization across Microsoft’s owned and operated properties and third-party publisher ecosystems. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive execution across publisher facing monetization capabilities, operating at the intersection of engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders.
In this role, you will lead complex, cross functional programs that support publisher monetization platforms, including supply-side systems, ad serving, yield optimization, in a privacy aware environment. You will operate with high autonomy, driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces while ensuring reliable, scalable delivery of monetization solutions.
ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, Privacy, and Business teams to translate business goals into clear technical execution plans.
Drive alignment across multiple teams and dependencies, proactively identifying risks, tradeoffs, and mitigation strategies.
Lead program planning artifacts including milestones, execution plans, dependency maps, and launch readiness reviews.
Ensure monetization systems meet performance, reliability, scalability, and compliance requirements, especially in privacysensitive environments.

Experience in Ad’s publisher ecosystems , digital advertising, monetization platforms, or marketplace systems is a plus.
