1- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
2- Perform QA document control functions, including processing, approving, distributing, and archiving documents in line with internal and external requirements.
3- Review quality records, procedures, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
5- Participate in internal audits, external audits, and customer audits.
6- Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
7- Coordinate with different departments to ensure continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
