Role Description The Technical Office Engineer is responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to support project planning and cost control. The role includes preparing, submitting, and following up on Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure design clarifications and smooth project execution. The engineer reviews and verifies subcontractors’ invoices against project progress, quantities, and contractual terms.
