Job Vacancy – #Commercial_Manager – PLG Aluminum
PLG Aluminum, a company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of aluminum profiles, is seeking to hire a Commercial Manager to lead all commercial activities related to local and export sales, marketing, distribution, and expansion into industrial markets.
???? Key Responsibilities:-Developing and implementing the company’s commercial strategy, including marketing, sales, and customer relations.-Leading local and international sales and marketing teams to achieve sales and expansion targets.-Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities (locally and regionally).-Overseeing commercial contracts, follow-up on collections, and logistical operations.-Coordinating continuously with senior management and production teams to meet market demands.-Building strategic relationships with key customers and distributors.

Qualifications & Experience Required:-University degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields).-Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial sales or marketing, with at least 5 years in a Commercial Manager or Regional Sales Manager role.-experience in the aluminum Profil industry- experience in the aluminum panel industry- experience in the aluminum aloys industry-Strong experience in B2B sales and dealing with industrial markets and large-scale projects.-Excellent knowledge of local markets and export markets, particularly in the Middle East and Africa.-High communication and negotiation skills.
