This role is not for a traditional CV-forwarding recruiter.
We’re looking for someone who understands service culture, brand DNA, and long-term team building.
???? Brands You’ll Support: • Volga Mart • Eni Café branches • Upcoming brand launches
???? What We’re Looking For: • Strong network within Egypt’s hospitality sector • Background in 4–5 star hotels or premium restaurant groups (HR or talent acquisition) • Ability to hire for attitude, cultural fit, and service mindset — not just experience • Proven track record in recruiting Branch Managers, Captains, Baristas, Waiters, and F&B leadership roles • Strong screening skills to filter out job-hoppers and build stable teams
???? Ideal Profile:
Former hotel HR managers (Four Seasons / Hilton background is a plus) who now operate independently or specialized hospitality recruitment professionals.
