Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in El Mansoura. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting the company’s products or services, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales. The individual will also support team efforts to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers effectively Experience in Sales and Customer Support Ability to provide Training and guidance to customers about products or services Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets Proficiency in relevant software and tools is an advantage Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
