We are looking for an HR Commercial to support our Sales organization and business functions across recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and people analytics
Responsibilities include
Managing end-to-end recruitment for Sales and other departments
Handling onboarding, attendance, and HR operations
Supporting employee relations and performance management
Managing medical insurance and benefits coordination
Preparing HR reports and people analytics
Supporting retention initiatives and exit management
