Role Description
The Senior Architect Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing shop drawings, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and collaborating closely with multiple engineering disciplines to ensure project execution aligns with specifications and timelines. The role involves coordinating with teams, conducting quantity surveying, and ensuring all design and execution work adheres to the quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Obour.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in preparing and assessing Shop Drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Proficient knowledge in Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering concepts and practices Experience in Quantity Surveying and cost estimations Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Experience in the construction and real estate industry is an advantage Strong proficiency in relevant software such as Auto CAD and MS Office Suite Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
