Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Representative, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Purchasing Representative will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and customers. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and supporting the coordination of purchasing activities to fulfill the organization’s requirements.
Qualifications Experience in Purchase Orders, Procurement, and Purchasing processes Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and supplier relationship management Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and maintain relationships Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with purchasing and inventory management systems/tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus
