????????????????????????????????????????????????:B. Sc. Civil or Arch Engineering graduates. Minimum 5 years of experience in #Construction Companies. Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with strong mentoring and coaching skills.
