Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to support the sales team on all technical and architectural aspects of our real estate projects, from initial concept to final sale Engage directly with key clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements. Present custom architectural solutions, articulate design intent, and demonstrate the unique value of our properties and material specifications. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architectural sales engineers or technical specialists Serve as the primary liaison between the sales, marketing, architecture, engineering, and project management departments. Ensure seamless communication and project alignment from pre-construction through to client handover. Evaluate the technical feasibility and potential cost implications of client customization requests, providing expert guidance and alternative solutions to both the client and internal teams. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging construction technologies, sustainable materials, and competitor offerings to ensure our projects remain innovative and desirable. Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling technical proposals, presentations, and design mock-ups. Clearly articulate complex design ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field. A minimum 10 years of experience in the architectural or design industry with real estate development companies At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as sales engineering, technical sales, or architectural consulting within the real estate development sector. High proficiency in architectural design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, 3D max and Sketch Up. In-depth knowledge of local building codes, construction processes, zoning regulations, and building materials. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with a talent for mentoring others. Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. A customer-centric approach with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
