About the Role

Bonian Constructions is looking for a dynamic and technically proficient MEP Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to manage all MEP functions for our prestigious hotel project in Mansoura City.

As the MEP lead on-site, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are integrated seamlessly, meeting the high technical standards required for hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Total MEP Management: Direct and supervise all MEP activities on-site (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), ensuring full coordination between trades.
• Hotel Systems Specialty: Oversee specialized hotel mechanical systems, including central HVAC, commercial-grade plumbing/drainage, and advanced firefighting systems.
• Site Supervision: Manage subcontractors to ensure installation aligns with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and the demanding timeline of a hotel build.
• Technical Review: Review MEP material submittals and shop drawings to ensure they meet international hospitality standards and local codes.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and implement QA/QC procedures to ensure high-end finishing and functional excellence.
• Testing & Commissioning: Lead the startup and testing of all MEP systems, ensuring the building is fully operational and compliant before handover.
