We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Package Consultant specializing in SAP HR (Human Resources) to join our dynamic team.
As a Package Consultant in SAP HR, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing workforce management and human resource processes for our clients.
Your expertise will help organizations streamline HR operations, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with best practices in human resources.

Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their HR requirements, policies, and workflows.
Design, configure, and implement SAP HR solutions customized to meet client needs.
Optimize HR processes, including talent management, payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
Conduct system testing and provide training and support to HR personnel and end-users.
Develop detailed documentation of HR processes and system configurations to ensure efficient operations.
Stay updated on the latest SAP HR functionalities and industry trends to drive effective HR solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a consultant specializing in SAP HR.
Strong understanding of HR processes and the SAP HR module functionalities.
Experience implementing and supporting SAP HR solutions in various organizational settings.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
SAP certification in Human Resources is a plus.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP HR tools and modules, including Employee Central and Payroll.
Ability to improve the efficiency of HR processes and systems.
Skilled in conducting training and creating user-friendly documentation for HR teams.
