▪ Play a vital role in running the smooth growth of the business development department, through setting and executing unique business partnering opportunities, establish strong sectoral networking and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, skillfully present our services to ensure consistent business growth
Duties & Responsibilities Planning
▪ Research and apply positioning strategy tactics and concepts to approach all identified target channels, and analyze the required tools and templates, in coordination with the marketing team. ▪
Possess solid understanding of the different business development strategies to proactively initiate contact with different fundraising channels and target segments utilizing all tools, techniques and templates developed. ▪
Plan and organize securing targeted potential customers, projects and fund resources as per the developed annual plan
Business Development:
Conduct client scoping meetings with BD Section Manager and Account Manager to clearly understand the projects’ objective and the targeted segment and create project plans drafts as per scope, budget and time in collaboration and full alignment of relevant internal & external stakeholders. ▪
Formulate structured comprehensive methodologies and procedures to develop detailed technical and financial proposals estimating financial feasibility, coordinate with business partners to facilitate the timely submission of applications according to policies and guidelines of /City and Guilds. ▪
Draft customized sales strategies to address each target segment according to their needs while ensuring to meet business partners’ requirements. ▪
Deliver the assigned strategic initiatives as per the identified project requirements, and supervise team to ensure proper delivery of their assigned initiatives. ▪
Under the guidance of the BD &Acc Section Manager, develop and draft technical and financial proposals and ensures to professionally present the organization according to potential business partners’ needs and funds requirements while maintaining mutual benefits. ▪
Draft and prepare new and existing clients’ sales contracts ensuring adherence to law established rules and guidelines.
Manage open bids applications submissions, follow bids opportunities and donor trends and ensure all requirements needed are completed as per City and Guilds guidelines. ▪
Intent and inform the terms and conditions according to the nature of business relation.
