Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full export cycle from PO confirmation to final document dispatch
Coordinate with:
- Shipping lines & freight forwarders
- Packing houses
- Trucking companies & clearance agents
- Handle bookings, vessel schedules, ETD / ETA follow-up
- Prepare, review, and control export documents:
- Commercial Invoic
- Packing List
- Shipping Instructions
- Ensure smooth operations, on-time shipments, and issue resolution
