  • Conduct daily HSE inspections across all production areas and ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards.
  • Identify workplace hazards, report non‑conformities, and follow up on corrective actions with supervisors and department heads.
  • Supervise HSE technicians and specialists and evaluate their performance.
  • Manage all interactions with external entities (Labor Office, Environmental Affairs, Civil Defense) and ensure full compliance with inspection requirements.
  • Monitor high‑risk activities (maintenance works, welding, electrical tests, contractor activities, non-routine tasks) and ensure safe execution.
  • Lead emergency response actions, provide first aid when needed, and participate in fire drills and crisis management procedures.
  • Ensure proper operation and readiness of fire systems, alarms, extinguishers, and emergency equipment.
  • Prepare daily reports, permits to work, inspection logs, and weekly/monthly HSE reports.
  • Oversee PPE distribution, replacement, and record management.
  • Manage hazardous waste disposal activities in line with legal and environmental standards.
  • Ensure safe storage practices across all warehouses and production areas.
  • Maintain and implement ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
  • Lead accident investigations and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training programs according to the documented HSE training plan.
  • Possess the authority to stop work immediately when imminent danger is identified.
