Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Qesm Banha with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Agent, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers and merchants to drive sales and promote Souhoola’s financial products. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting consumer finance and installment products, providing excellent customer service, and training clients on our offerings. You will also collaborate with team members to identify new opportunities, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company’s mission of financial inclusion.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and merchants Proven expertise in Sales and Insurance, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets Experience in Training and coaching customers or partners on financial products and services Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to a fast-paced setting Prior experience in financial services, sales, or a related field is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
