About the Role
The Process Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure safe, e2icient, and cost-e2ective production while maintaining high product quality. The role manages the process engineering team, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports operational excellence and new product implementation
Responsibilities
Process Management & Optimization Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes. Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost optimization. Standardize processes and ensure proper documentation and work instructions. Ensure process stability, efficiency, and repeatability in production operations. Create New BOM and route and ensure validation of previous ones. Improve OEE for critical machines.
Team Leadership & People Management Lead, coach, and develop the Process team. Assign responsibilities, set objectives, and monitor team performance. Conduct performance evaluations and support training and skill development. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operational Support Support production teams in resolving complex technical and process issues. Ensure fast and effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization Drive Lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. Reduce waste, scrap, cycle time, and operational costs. Lead value engineering and make-vs-buy evaluations. Support cost avoidance and process rationalization activities. ROI Calculations.
New Product Introduction & Industrialization Lead process readiness for new product launches. Define manufacturing methods, tooling requirements, and process flows. Support automation initiatives and manufacturing technology improvements. Ensure smooth transfer from design to production.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting Define and track KPIs such as productivity, efficiency and cost savings. Prepare technical and performance reports. Identify risks and propose improvement plans.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.7–10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering. Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
