About the Role
The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, optimization, and maintenance of manufacturing processes to ensure safe, e;icient, and cost-e;ective production while maintaining high product quality and operational stability
Responsibilities
Process Optimization Support development and improvement of manufacturing processes. Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for productivity and cost improvement. Prepare and update process documentation, work instructions, BOMs, and routing. Ensure process stability, efficiency, and repeatability in production operations. Support improvement of OEE for critical machines.
Operational Support Support production teams in resolving technical and process-related issues. Perform root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Provide daily technical support to manufacturing operations.
Continuous Improvement Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Support reduction of waste, scrap, cycle time, and operational costs. Assist in value engineering and make-vs-buy evaluations. Support cost avoidance initiatives and ROI evaluations.
New Product Introduction Support process preparation for new product launches. Assist in defining manufacturing methods, tooling requirements, and process flow. Support automation and manufacturing technology improvements. Ensure smooth transfer from design to production.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track process KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, yield, and cost performance. Prepare technical reports and process analysis. Identify process risks and recommend improvement actions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.3–6 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
