Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented streaming service application (web, mobile, TV)to support the execution of the company’s digital content strategy across and our streaming platform. The role focuses on our platform's branding, short-form video editing, content organization, and publishing coordination, ensuring high-quality and engaging content delivery across all digital channels.
The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing the company’s online presence through creative visual and written content, while also supporting content asset management and production timelines.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in content creation, or digital media Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Cap Cut, or similar). Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and short-form content formats. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible mindset.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the planning and execution of content across all platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos. Create and edit short-form video content (highlights, promotional cuts, behind-the-scenes, key moments) adapted to platform-specific formats. Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, messaging, and overall digital positioning. Coordinate with design, media, and production teams to align content with approved branding and timelines. Schedule and publish content according to the approved content calendar and operate matches for the Smashi brand. Manage and organize content assets, ensuring readiness for publishing across social and streaming platforms. Track production and publishing timelines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Conduct quality checks to ensure all content meets technical and brand standards prior to publishing. Draft newsletters, captions, short news updates, and promotional copy in line with company communication guidelines.
