Job Description: As Project Manager, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, testing, and go-live, ensuring delivery excellence across SaaS and cloud-based implementations.
This role is ideal for a delivery-focused professional who can manage end-to-end project execution while collaborating closely with senior leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS and digital transformation projects.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and external partners.
Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking (Agile/Hybrid).
Facilitate requirement workshops and ensure proper documentation and alignment.
Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide structured status reporting.
Support governance processes and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
Ensure UAT readiness, training coordination, and go-live planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in Project Management within IT, SaaS, or digital transformation environments.
PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
Experience supporting or leading CRM, ERP, cloud, or customer-facing platform implementations Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies Solid knowledge of system integrations and cloud-based solutions Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Effective communicator with the ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
