Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Account Manager role is based in El Sheikh Zayed. The Senior Account Manager for the EV Charging Solution is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve significant market share and strengthen the company’s position in the EVC segment.
• Drive market entry and growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
• Identify, target, and acquire strategic customers including CPOs, EPCs, fleet operators, utilities, developers, and enterprise clients
• Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions aligned with business objectives and profitability targets.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track margins, and manage sales performance to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, EPCs, utilities, and other key sector stakeholders
• Negotiate agreements and contracts to ensure successful long-term business partnerships
• Work closely with Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations and After-Sales teams to support deal execution
• Support marketing campaigns, industry events, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
Skills
- Strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to foster and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effectively engaging with clients and internal teams
- Proficient in Sales and skilled at identifying and capitalizing on potential opportunities
- Experience in Business Development to drive growth and build strategies for success
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities for ensuring seamless collaboration across departments
- Proven experience in understanding EV chargers, charging technologies (AC, DC, fast charging), roaming platforms, and EV customer behavior.
- Knowledge of connected infrastructure, energy management, and smart facility technologies
- Basic understanding of solar energy, power distribution, or grid connectivity.
- Awareness of environmental frameworks, green mobility, and sustainability reporting
