Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong foundation in accounting principles Experience: Fresh graduate up to 5 years Excellent communication and listening skills Patient, client-focused, and solution-oriented Ability to follow a schedule and work with discipline Comfortable switching between support and sales roles

Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls from customers and leads Resolve accounting and technical questions related to the platform Conduct demo calls with potential customers Convert qualified leads into paying clients Coordinate with the technical team when needed Maintain professional follow-up with prospects
