Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Head of Capacity Planning to lead the production and capacity planning strategy across all EVA Pharma manufacturing sites, ensuring optimal resource utilization, long-term capacity readiness, operational excellence, and alignment with commercial growth plans.
Translating business strategy and demand forecasts into an integrated, multi-site capacity roadmap, enabling sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and GMP-compliant execution across all manufacturing platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Capacity Strategy & Governance Own the end-to-end capacity planning function across all EVA Pharma manufacturing sites.
Develop and implement the capacity planning framework and standards.
Establish standardized capacity modeling methodologies across sites.
Ensure alignment between long-term business strategy and manufacturing capacity capabilities.
Long-Term Capacity Roadmap Develop long-term capacity plan aligned with commercial forecasts and pipeline launches.
Identify structural constraints and investment requirements (new lines, shifts, automation, outsourcing).
Lead capacity scenario simulations (growth, stress, disruption, new market entry).
Provide data-driven recommendations for CAPEX decisions and expansion projects.
Multi-Site Production & Master Planning Governance Manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) standards across all sites.
Ensure optimal load balancing between sites to maximize utilization and minimize bottlenecks.
Following up on the tech transfer activities between sites with EDA and Regulatory.
Approve cross-site capacity reallocation decisions to enhance efficiency and reduce changeover losses.
Oversee new product industrialization capacity readiness.
S&OP & Executive Own capacity validation within the S&OP process.
Lead escalation process for major supply-demand gaps.
Provide early visibility of risks impacting OTIF and service levels.
Performance Management & Planning Excellence Define and standardize corporate planning KPIs: (Capacity Utilization % , Plan Adherence , OTIF, Inventory, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) impact on capacity) Drive planning maturity and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead advanced analytics and dashboard governance (Power BI / ERP integration).
Leadership & Organization Development Lead and develop site-level Capacity Planning Managers/Supervisors.
Establish knowledge-sharing forums across sites and drive a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Master’s degree (MBA / Supply Chain / Operations) is preferred.
12–15 years of experience in Supply Chain / Production Planning within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Minimum 5 years in leadership role managing multi-site or complex manufacturing environments.
