  • Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment used in the production of glass wool and rock wool insulation materials.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance production efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical failures, recommending and executing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including technical reports, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.
  • Ensure all mechanical operations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies, such as STM Technology, to advance manufacturing capabilities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for procurement and installation of mechanical components.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in regular inspections and audits to uphold quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
