Job Details

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer to support maintenance and repair planning activities, ensure operational efficiency, and assist in inventory, reporting, and coordination across different departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing inventory systems to ensure availability of spare parts and equipment.
  • Support implementation and compliance with ISO procedures and internal audits.
  • Coordinate scheduling of maintenance and repair activities across sites and teams.
  • Prepare and analyse KPI reports including turnaround time and job completion performance.
  • Support billing and invoicing processes and coordinate with Accounting and Customer Service teams.
  • Act as a secondary contact point with dealerships for repair coordination.
  • Assist in supervising container repair technicians and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and customer databases.
  • Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Assist management in planning, budgeting, and business development initiatives.
  • Track operational costs and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Represent the department in meetings, audits, and external engagements when required.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and customers’ policies and regulations.
