Role Description???? Training Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive retail training plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.???? Team Development & Coaching Lead, coach, and continuously develop retail supervisors and promoters to ensure high performance and brand compliance.???? Market Execution & Performance Monitoring Ensure excellence in in-store execution, merchandising standards, and promotional activities to maximize sales impact.???? Cross-Functional Coordination Align retail operations with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, launches, and field initiatives.???? Performance Reporting & Analysis Monitor KPIs, analyze retail performance data, and present actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of Retail Marketing, Training and Employee Performance Management Experience with Consumer Behavior Analysis and Retail Market Trends Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Team Collaboration skills Ability to analyze data, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights Strong Organizational and Project Management skills Proficiency in Marketing Tools and MS Office applications Fluency in English is an asset and Must located in Sharkia or Qalyubia Region Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in retail or marketing management is preferred
