As the Brand and Communication Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive brand and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
You will be required to be a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building and nurturing brand equity.
You are responsible for: Develop and implement strategic brand plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
Manage and uphold the company's brand identity, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice, to ensure alignment with brand values and positioning.
Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, email, and print materials, that effectively communicates the brand message and resonates with the target audience.
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and amplify brand messaging through earned media channels.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimise online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company culture and values among employees.
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand and communication initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and senior leadership, to ensure brand initiatives are integrated and aligned with broader business goals.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a reputable creative agency.
Experience in e-commerce, internet and/or digital media.
Experience in brand management, communication, or marketing roles with a proven track record of success.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Experience with digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, including prioritising, scheduling and adapting when necessary.
Strong creative skills.
